Kids come into George Street Community Bookshop where I am manager and love going through the place - they take ridiculously happy pleasure in rummaging through the books and I wanted this song to reflect that.

I'm pretty certain the lyric was inspired by a poem I read a couple of years ago by a Canadian Poet about why 10 year olds like books but I've googled and can't find anything. If you know, please get in touch.
